Requests of up to $5,000 will be considered for school-wide programs. Requests of up to $1,000 will be considered for individual teacher/classroom projects.
Please enter a number less than or equal to 5000.

Proposed Use of Funds

Please provide a detailed description of how you will use the requested funds, including expected outcomes, and estimated amount for each expenditure. (Note a final report summarizing grant activities and outcomes will be expected at the conclusion of the school year, or upon project completion.)
Please state how the project fulfills the goals stated in the guidelines.
